Teen Book Club

Hi Teens!

Come on down to the teen lounge to discuss a range of thought-provoking and engaging books!

On September 26, we will be discussing Robert Louis Stevenson's 1886 classic 'Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde'.

In this harrowing tale of good and evil, the mild-mannered Dr. Jekyll develops a potion that unleashes his secret, inner persona—the loathsome, twisted Mr. Hyde.

On October 24, we will take a look at a new book by Barry Lyga called 'Bang', a story that examines themes of guilt, gun control, suicide, and religious and racial prejudice after a tragic accident.

On November 28. we will delve into 'Scythe', a story set in a world with no hunger, no disease, no war, and no misery, created by author Neil Shusterman.

On December 26, the book club will be taking a break.
