Simi Valley Job and Career Fair

Connecting Employers and Candidates

We’re very excited for your interest in the Simi Valley Job and Career Fair, hosted by the Simi Valley Youth Employment Service, the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Simi Valley, and the Simi Valley Public Library. As you make connections with local employers, we hope to help you on your career path by giving you the resources you need to succeed at the job application process! Please join us Saturday, April 26th from 10:00a-1:00p at the Library for an opportunity to gain new skills, make yourself more marketable, and meet local employers.

During the event, volunteers from the business community will be providing workshops for job seekers, from providing mock-interviews to assisting writing and fine-tuning resumes or completing the job application process. Bank of America’s Better Money Habits Education Team will also be hosting a financial literacy workshop during the event at 11:30a. You can reserve a seat in advance, though walk-ins are also welcome.

We will have representatives from the industries of business services, education, entertainment, food service, health care, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, municipal government, military, recreation, restaurants, retail, technology, and more!

For additional information, email Ryan Fowler, the YES Coordinator, at [email protected].
